Been off work 4 weeks defo put weight on Not weighing till Friday feel fatter and lethargic start work October 15 got 3 weeks to tone up and get back close to where I was!!!!
201.7 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
