Yesterday was my first day of paleo and I already have more energy in the morning (perhaps it's placebo, but I'll take it). I love not having to measure food and count calories. I think that's what has derailed me in the past on other plans. As soon as my life gets busy I give up with the measuring and counting. I didn't get the 2p-3p slump/sugar craving yesterday either.
I'm in the car all day today, but have planned well so I won't need to stop at any fast food joints.
I think cauliflower is going to be my new best friend.....
