Woke up late, swollen eyes. Obviously waterlogged.
Did not consume any alcohol or excessive carbs. Possible lack of electrolytes?

Need to add some Ginger to the diet.
140.7 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
