Just started phase 1 again today, boy I really packed on pound again!!!! ARGGGGG!

I know I can do it, I just have to do my best at keeping bad foods out of the house!

I am on my way.....
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1141 kcal Fat: 70.81g | Prot: 86.85g | Carb: 26.63g.   Breakfast: Raisins (Seedless), sharp cheddar cheese, sugar snap peas, carnitas, egg, half and half, Espresso Coffee, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: grilled chicken strips. Dinner: half and half, carrots, pace salsa,  iceburge lettuce, ground beef. Snacks/Other: string CHEESE, Atkins Endulge, ALMONDS. more...

I know it's a long journey, but you can do it! I've struggled with weight most of my adult life, but when I got up to my heaviest this summer, I decided to try Atkins, and so far I'm really liking it! my oldest daughter is even trying it, so we compare how we're doing...even though we're several states apart, it's still nice to be doing something with her... Good luck to you!

We all go there, sometimes its very hard to stay on track and keep motivated. I think for me its stress, and I have had a bad run as well. You can do this, jump right back in there and it will work for you! That is what I am going to do to get these last pounds back off! Best wishes to you as you begin again!
