My boyfriend and I broke up a few days ago. :( It's been really rough, but I'm trying to still get some exercise and eat healthy things to make me feel better. Trying to avoid the film cliche of eating ben and jerry's out of the carton in bed. I've been baking to keep my hands busy, but I share the treats with my roommate and friends. It's really hard to tell my friends. It's just really hard. But it does feel nice that I lost one pound this week.
