I am on a mnth long trip but, plan on staying on my diet while I am on the trip. We will traveling until about the 14 of September. I have noticed when I write on my cell phone, it doesn 't sync together with my iPad.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 August 2012:
1478 kcal Fat: 42.76g | Prot: 60.48g | Carb: 221.29g.   Breakfast: Cheerios, 1% Fat Milk, Nonfat Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Tall), Peanut Butter. Lunch: Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodle Soup (Dry, Dehydrated). Dinner: White Corn, Onions, Stewed Tomatoes, Organic Ancient Grain Penne, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat). Snacks/Other: Cheez-It White Cheddar Crackers. more...
