Ankle tendonitis got me the past 2 weeks. Back to school routine today, back to calorie counting. Looking to average 1500 calories a day, and exercise 5 days a week - and the other two shouldn't be sedentary.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
