Crappy year. Back to keto, one meal a day, HIIT, and circadian clock (i can explain each if anyone wants to know). When i eat i feel tired, lazy and sad. Time to stop eating.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So what is circadian clock 🤔

Very interesting thing - its like your body's clock. Google it for nice image with explanation. generally main thing for me is that the body's organs shut down after 6pm thats why its not good to eat after that time because your body wont process food that fast. Another thing was that were most ready for exercises around 5pm and thats working perfect for me as i tried different houra and 5pm was the best
