Day 14 of 14 MA ... I do not know what happened... 😳... That is a lot up... Could it be medication, couldn't be the exercise, one day of a little bit of weights... I don't know, will have to wait and see today...
189.8 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
