I was losing 0.3 kg per day during the week. I was hoping that would amount to almost 2kg lost by today. But ever since I started exercising my weight loss rate seems to have slowed down. I don't know if it's the exercise or ... well, I don't know what else it could be. Nothing else has changed.
Anyways, 1.1 kg lost is still great. I'm glad for that.
