Gained a couple, but unfortunately due to the ankle surgery I am back on the pain medicine. I am sure all of you know what comes with the medication, in this case, what stays with us....haha! 💩💩💩.

Did some exercises, but only upper body.

Wish the 6 weeks were over....this cast sucks!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
