Hmm this should be a gain today. Had 80+ ounces of liquids yesterday. Plus a smoothie with protein. Just hope it’s not muscle loss.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
