好不容易下降了
補了一堆油,今天還外食😆
喝了紅茶鮮奶油/堅果一把
酪梨半顆/中午便當三層肉*4
廠商送來中秋禮盒 蔬菜餅夾棉花糖
夭壽看起來很好吃!
吃了三片不好吃😆失敗
外食吃了好多握壽司還有花壽司
飽到頭暈😰睡著了
看來碳水還是早上攝取比較安全
140.9 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
