Stopped eating red meat5 months ago, also all processed meats, tinned food, and less salt. Last knight I had a weak moment and ate a small cheese burger for dinner, wow I am suffering since 3'0 clock this morning with my tummy. I Promise never again, I learnt my lesson and paying dearly for my cheat. Dr says it's because my body is use to only clean foods now my gut could not stand the processed foods. But it is all worth it as April 2018, I weighed 101.99 kg today I am on 83kg and feeling so much better.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
