I had one chipolte taco for dinner cuz i couldn't eat anymore. My stomach was still full from the huge salad at lunch. I'm finding that healthier foods stick with you longer than mcdonalds and wendy's. I was under 1300 calories for the day as well since i planned most of my calories for dinner and that didn't happen. Not a bad thing though. 2lbs down today prolly from eating less at dinner but i'll take it all the same.
