Ugh, a little discouraged. I haven’t deviated from Keto but somehow I’m still up. It not started off a great week but I’m gonna finish it better!
242.1 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 62.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
