Took a 3 day break and focused on getting my digestive system back in ordee. Food re-introduction and probiotics was my priority.

Now I'll start transitioning back into high protein &low carb.
212.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
