OK then. So in th midst of feeling bloated and fat I jumped on some scales. Not good! I shouldn't have done it and I'm not registering the numbers but let's say it was higher. It made me feel really crappy. But then let's think about it... A weekend of excess with both alcohol and carbs. Then being almost on track with little bits of chocolate, sausage roll... here and there well the scale is going to be higher. So after another couple of days away from plan and time to bring the number down. What I did notice over the weekend is that my appetite was a lot smaller as was my portion size. So that's a bonus. So new resolve. Back on plan and no cheats.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 94.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
