MC 第3天~~補碳接力賽
今天第一餐~選擇補水果
3菜/半塊豬排/紅蘿蔔蛋/草魚烘蛋
中午吃酪梨半顆+奶油乳酪+火龍果
晚餐~缺少蔬菜,只吃幾口飯
藥膳香菇燉全雞湯~超油的啦
杏鮑菇炒三層肉
140.9 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
