Been a couple of months now since I hit my ideal weight. Staying between 193 and 195 pounds, so guess the maintenance plan is working. Feeling good, lots of energy and looking at picking it up more at the gym. Not sticking to the keto plan Religiously butStill watching my carbs

@fio Yeah it is...my taste buds change status to eat more healthy now. Not to say that I don’t have a little ice cream and cake once in a while or an UltraLite! Lol

@baskington Worked a lot better than I thought it would. Staying on the keto plan religiously I not only dropped the weight quickly but adapted to a new lifestyle of healthy eating. I don’t deprive myself of anything but just watch what I eat a little more closely . It works!

Little bit of ice cream never hurt anyone (I've gotten the ice cream bug after discovering Cinnamon ice cream... who would have thought it work work?). :D You're just about at the weight my hubby wants to be (and his hair is just as nice as yours!!! Well, it would be if he grew it a little)... but his willpower is keeping him at a steady 100kgs. Hahaha.
