MC 第二天準備補碳接力賽😂
早上馬上來一碗香菇油飯
蔬菜2樣 / 半碗毛豆 / 半碗十鼓米
下午咖啡開課了,所以中午沒吃
幫學員試喝咖啡喝到飽了😆
下午吃一把堅果。晚上6點開飯
早點吃飽早一點輕斷食
蒸南瓜 / 半碗炒飯+油飯 / 蔬菜1碗
還有鹹酥雞/甜不辣/薯條/甜的餅乾
今天開心滿足了😊😊😊
明天繼續補碳接力賽
140.2 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
