Very discouraged. Weight going up not down.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I tried to look at your food log but you haven't recorded much lately. Just off of what you have had for breakfast maybe it would help if you cut out the diet sodas. I have learned with my body that they cause me to stall on the weight loss. Another thing that slows me down are the Atkins Endulge bars. It could also be water weight. Good Luck.

Stick at it - I had a bad day today but it can only get better - honest - just look at how others have struggled and then come out the other side - we can do it!!

What brand is the peanut butter/chocolate bar you listed in your diet calendar? I see that you added the info, but you really need to add the brand also. If it is an Atkins bar, it is helpful to know that those tend to stop a lot of people from losing weight, due to the sugar alcohols, and if you are a diabetic, that makes it even more true. Try to enter all you food every day. From there we try to determine what is going on with your weight loss.

I can only confirm what has been said above, bars, diet soda's are things that can cause stalls or gains. It simple whole foods, have a good breakfast..and a nice salad for lunch and protein and veggies for supper and enjoy a nice snack or snacks to bring your count where it should be. Its been hard for each one us to get it all worked out but when you do you will see results...don't give up on yourself, we sure won't. :)

Oh yes, plan ahead and record everything you eat..it really helps.
