I am very upset about my weight loss this week :-( I didn't even use all my FlexPoints. Oh well I just need to move on and concentrate on this week.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you lost a whole pound!! That's still a success!!There could be many reasons to explain what's going on--and you can look into your food entries to make sure you're doing it all right...and working out...and if you are, then just give your body some time to adjust and it WILL yield good results shortly!! You're moving in the right direction!!
