Got through the weekend without gaining any weight, but did not lose any either. Had my birthday, my husband's birthday, memorial day picnic, and an end of season soccer party for my son.

Had only half a slice of cake at work with coffee as breakfast, ate very light lunch and then went home to eat my mom's enchiladas - only had 2 small ones with lots of salad.

Saturday we had the soccer party, had one hot dog, ate baked chips, and splurged on a cupcake. Dinner we went to chili's, but had the guilt free dinner and only stole one rib and a spoonfull of mashed potatoes, no dessert, but did have some appetizers, but had coffee only for breakfast.

Sunday I did really well, egg whites omlette for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch salad for dinner.
Monday cake, but food was normal.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
