Started running again this week plus I haven’t drunk any alcohol all week which has no doubt helped to accelerate my weight loss.
Really pleased with the results 🏃‍♀️😁🏃‍♀️
178.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
