Ok, enough of the 'diet' life. I'm going to follow the Canada Food Guide to the best of my ability, eat as healthy as I can with no denying myself of anything I might want...but!!! All things in moderation, even the good stuff. I will listen to my body better & make sure to drink more water daily. Exercise in any form is also a must. I want to get back into my old workout groove ... where I felt odd not working out in some form for a day.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
