reduced my rice based carbs to less than 150 gms a day, increased my protein to 250gms a day and supplemented with germinated moong.. and my weight started dropping...I think I am losing water

also cardio is now up to 45minutes each twice a day

weight training is gruelling as usual five days a week

Im guessing u r talking of bench press wen u mentioned 120kg...60kg....v start losing even if quit for 15 days.... N its proved thing that full body weights is better if looking for fatloss.... N hav u included squats, walking lunges, n deadlifts....better work free bar, n dumbbells mostly for weight/fatloss

yes I am following Kris gethin 8 week muscle builder trainer program. have stuck religiously to the weights but haven't done as much on the cardio...still my best is what I have done....gained 4kg of muscle and lost similar fat
