Been away for a few days. Had a few big meals. but I got right back to it. Been an interesting week of work as well. shifts all screwed up. still lost though. more than I even thought.
311.3 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 86.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you’ve learned portion size subconsciously therefore those big meals weren’t as big as they used to be? Great job on the loss! I love any loss like this during times I don’t think I’m doing so well.

@peeperjj Yeah I might have. The pizza was carb heavy but the other big meals still weren't too bad. I did make sure there were plenty of veggies.

Carbs don’t seem to effect me much other than retaining water and better workouts. Veggies are very filling and usually lower calories. 100g of fresh broccoli is only 34 kcal! That’s one side for me which is way better than 200-300 kcal of potatoes and gravy even when it’s abiut the same amount of food. Good job on making sure you get the veggies in!
