Been in bed since Monday, with what I thought was food poisoning.

Just got back from the doctors office.

He thinks I have a stomach virus, he's seen a few others this week with similar symptoms.

My small intenstine is still inflamed. He's suggesting that I keep the fluids going, and try introducing easily digestible solid foods slowly.
209.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL; not quite the kind of weight loss I was after though. :) I'm sure as I'm able to eat more solid foods; most of that weight will come back. But as you said; there's always a silver lining if you look hard enough... I now have a pretty good idea of how much weight is lying around in my digestive track. Not sure how useful that is; but it's a data point. Below 210 though is cool; even if it's temporary.
