soooo, if I clear the cobwebs off my brain and start to watch what I eat again, a little more meticulously, the weight will come off again? I am just not sure ladies and gents, I usually give in by now, and I am NOT giving in, but this week, I know I ate a lot, but last week??? I still can't account for that much of a weight gain.... so back to square one :)
