Well....not much to say...weight speaks for itself! I haven’t been very diligent following any healthy eating guidelines nor have I exercised in weeks...clearly! 🙄 Starting all over again today... back on the healthy eating regimen and the caloric intake counting!
113.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
