240.0 - looks like the water weight has gone. Happy but know until I hit 230 I am not considering anything as weight loss.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would cheer loudly if i lost 7 lbs! Good for you Adam, it's a great start. I understand about water weight, though. I've gained and lost that 10 lbs over and over. We'll get past it and keep going!
