Mother coming over and buying Applebee's for lunch does not bode well. And since she wears me out mentally and emotionally, I didn't exercise later in the day either. =/
172.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
