Boy do I feel horrible! I have done a terrible job at controlling my sugar and sweets intake. I even managed to gain weight since my last weigh-in in February! The only good thing I managed to do right is exercise and I haven't been very consistent with that! Anyhow, at least I'm doing something! Ok, Ok, I’m back at it......I forgive myself and ready to move forward. And simply try it again. Who knows, eventually one day I just might get it right. Food addictions I can do without this weight drama! My goal is to learn how to eat healthy the remainder of my life!
