Had a really crappy food day yesterday. Anxiety is kicking my ass and killing my appetite. Woke up late and had to skip breakfast today but I’m determined not to lose any more ground
120.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
