Good day on Monday but it was Memorial Day and I ate too much. I ate much to much at supper than had some beer on top. I didn't even track calories but I know I was way over on the calories just by the way I felt.
269.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
