Day 27 of my 30 day challenge and I still have to lose 2.2 lbs in 3 days! Ha! My goal was 127 and I'm pretty sure I'll get there. Been busting my ass at the gym and its paying off. My legs are skinnier than they have been in years. And because exercise curbs my appetite (don't know why) I've been managing to stay within 1100 - 1300 cals per day.
Getting bored of the same old menu though so i'm looking forward to moving into OWL when I reach 127 lbs on the scale.
