It's been several weeks since I put my weight down! Trying to go meetless and doing pretty good but on anniversary and birthday week had shrimp for one and chicken fried steak for the other, at least no cake and ice cream!
189.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh I would have a hard time going meatless, but if you feel better that is all that matters.

It's a lot easier to go meatless than I thought! Had veggies sauteed in water (had no veg broth) with bean sprouts w/soy sauce for that Asian flavor! I also like beans (chick pea hummus, black bean Mexican dishes, pintos w/cornbread, lentil chili) which are a great protein source! We all need veggies and I love most all veggies! The salad bar at Jason's deli is amazing and we have a local seafood place with a great salad bar! The Asian dish I had today, and there are vegan burger patties for a great hamburger, even make it with BBQ sauce for that flavor. I can be a very satisfied vegan if I would just do it I could probably even make chicken fried steak! Plus my cardiologist recommended it for my health! Try it, you might like it! 😄
