AM WORKOUT

PM WORKOUT
NYABC Today
Warm up- arm circles, arm body, body weight squats (opt. w/ hop), 50% sprints 2 down and back, fire hydrant, scorpion, 30 sec planck
Obstacle Course
Standing arm rows w/ elbows leading (5 each side), Kettle bell body swings (10), Equalizer body pull ups (5), last section burpees, jumpsquats. Repeated 4 times. The first 2 times repeated as stated. The second 2 times we reversed it
100% max sprints, mountain climbers (10) Repeated 4 times
Cool Down and Stretch

Today was a very successful day. I ate correctly, however I found it difficult to eat correctly if I had to prepare my own food. I need to work on the preparation of my meals in advance maybe the night before or weekend so that I wont get the munchies.
I am trying not to eat late, so we will see how this goes. I will be drinking water or tea.
Today also marks the 3 weeks of the 6 week challenge at the bootcamp. We get measured on Thursday, so I have my fingers crossed.
