Great weekend. Full of good food and great sport.
Managed to catch a bit of the Asean Games closing ceremony. Very impressive, pity about the rainy season starting yesterday......

156.5 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
