今天晚餐吃自己家火鍋,捨棄最愛的豬血糕王子麵,不吃火鍋料,先吃綠色菜金針菇等蔬菜類、肉片吃約150g、蝦2隻,也是吃的飽飽很滿足,可惜今天碳水稍微超過了,下週繼續加油!go!go!
