OK, as some of you know I am marketing director and website designer for a large auction house – this keeps me a tad bit busy. Though there is said to be a set schedule and holidays, I have yet to see one ~laughs~ . This leads to a very erratic eating schedule and difficult to maintain diet. I truly have no real excuses except for very poor will power when it comes to food. Add the fact I love to cook for my two sons, one is graduating high school this year, and my oldest in UMASS, stops home for the weekends with his girlfriend and/or friends. Now, crossing over into my 40’s I MUST do something…. FS helped me keep on track before, so here we go again – less 5lbs this weigh-in, now just to keep it going. As always – Good Luck Everyone! Bob

Bob... Proud of you for gettin' back at it! Our lives are similar... I am a single dad with two still at home.. and another one is living in Seattle and finishing school there. It is wacky... only two months ago did I make "me" somewhat of a priority by working on my eating choices. Cheers to you! Keep on, Keepin' on!
