I was getting frustrated this week because I have been doing really good and have been working out daily and wasn't seeing much of a loss. I did drop some but I was just wishing it would be more. I went and got my hair done today and I think it looks great so that has put me in a good mood. I would like to add an updated picture of me in this comment but I dont know how. Can someone help me? :)
225.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Keep up the good work! What helps me is not to look at the scale everyday....wait till the end of the week and when u lose a lot of weight, its a nice surprize! :)

You look fantastic in the photo in your bio! Yes though, you need to load your pics to photobucket, then copy and paste them into your journal or post. Great job!

Thanks for all the support. I really wasn't seeing much of a difference myself and feeling a little depressed but when you compare before and after pics you can really see the changes. Makes me feel even better and keeps me motivated!

I know what you mean. It's really frustrating when you work so hard and the scale doesn't show it. Hang in there. Keep it up, and eventually the scale WILL show it.
