today for breakfast i had a serving and a half on honey bunches of oat raisin medley with some fresh fruit strawberry 4 blueberrys and grapes.
for lunch i had a tuna sandwich with tuna,1 tsp of mayo 1 tsp of mustard and 1 egg.with lettuce on it and 1 sm.cucumber and i sm.tomato and 3 tortilla chips.
for dinner i had 1 small barbeque chicken breast baked in oven.no skin with a cup of mac and cheese a cup of broccoli.and a small 7up biscuit.with a half cup of milk.
2 bottles of water and 4 cups of coffee.with creamor.
