yess!!!

less than 10 pounds to my goal!! God i want to shop!

It seems these past 2 weeks have broken my plateau and I hope I get into the 150's before I hit another one!!
164.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
