Thank you to everyone for the sweet and informative replies to my last journal. Since then, I'm proud to say that I'm fitting into my pants again! I was stuck with wearing my balloon skirts for a while, but now I can wear my shorts and jeans. :)

My stomach has gone in a little, and overall, I feel lighter and slimmer. Surprisingly, I haven't really been doing much. I did exercise this morning though! Clap clap clap. :) I've been getting massive amounts of sleep, an average of 9 hours a night!! Since I'm pretty free until finals roll in, I'm taking advantage of getting to sleep earlier. I think the good sleep I've been getting has definitely been helping a lot. I realized that I have fewer cravings, and when I do have cravings, it's easier to resist. I think this has to do with the fact that because I have lots of energy from sleep, my body doesn't have to make up for the energy with as much food! I've also been eating early dinners and trying to cut down on carbs after around 5 or 6. Little changes, little changes. But these are starting to show, and I'm glad. I don't really weigh any different, but that's okay. The physical results are more gratifying!! XD
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
