ok.. so I had a lot of liquid calories last night. how bad is it that i can't remember if i had 5 or 6 beers last night.. oh well i counted it as 6. but, I stayed on plan.. mostly (just had 4 weekly points added :) ) would i do that every night.. nope. But we had a fun time as a family. Sun, Swimming and late night fire pit and a few coors lights :) yippee!
