so, basically for the last 9-10 months my sugar addiction has most definitely KICKED IN and has KICKED MY ASS! Time to get rid of that monkey on my back...not doing the protein low carb, I've tried over and ver in the past months and it makes me want sugar that much more. I have decided to get back to basics, and cut calories.....it leaves room for error, but not much....Plan - cut calories week 1 to 1400 and under, week 2 1300 and under and there after 1200 and under...

today is DAY 1 - again -but going in a diff mode...time to get to basics and lose this 15-20 lbs! I worked too hard to lose it in the first place and besides, NONE of my clothes fit me! BONUS - girls cruise in 2 months, need to fit into my clothes!!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
