3rd week of staying basically the same wieght - getting annoying now
Any tips on how to jolt the body out of a weight loss plateau ?
126.8 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what worked for me previously when I was doing everything right but the weight wasn't moving I totally switched up my gym routine and also make sure you change up what you're eating. variety of food.
