To lose 60 pounds and gain 20 back is sooooo discouraging. I see myself in the mirror and am completely disgusted. I cannot allow myself to go back to that hell. All of my clothes are too tight now.i have got to get org the putty me wagon and do something about it. So here's to day one of the second chance.
